how does this paypal works?...i'd asked vicky bout it but she said that her friend arranged it and paid it for her....so she has no idea how it works....erm..so how it works?...oh...and do u allow m'sians to join the overseas fan club as well....coz in the condition thingy it's stated that m'sian fans should refer to the official HK website...but my chinese is only 'half-tank'...haha....
With Paypal, you can either pay directly by credit card (you don't need to sign up for a PayPal account if you pay by credit cardd). Or if you don't have a credit card, you can sign up for a PayPal, and transfer money into your PayPal account from your bank account, and then pay using funds in your account.
Yep, I've allowed Malaysians to join the overseas fan club. That condition was stated before, because another helper was actually responsible for the Malaysia fan list. But some Malaysia fans wanted Bosco's autograph, so they joined the overseas one. ^^
