Life goes on - Chapter One

The women sat next to the motionless body as she held his hand. In her angelic eyes, you can see a bit of happiness; not like six years ago when it was only filled with pain. She laid her head on his chest; it was once muscular but the years of being in a coma, and getting fed through a tube his body turn flimsy.

“Hi…I notice you are new here…I don’t have that much friends, would you be my friend?”

“We been friends for eight years now, and I know next year I will have to leave this place and I don’t know if we would be able to keep in touch like now…what I’m trying to say is that…I love you…I secretly love you for a long time now…would you be my girlfriend?”

“One day I will have enough money so that we can have the grand wedding I know you dream of, and you will never have to work again. Then we can finally have a baby without being scared that we will starve him, and we can give him everything we didn’t had.”

“You been with me through thick and thin. You are my other half, without you I will never be complete. Will you officially complete me and make this the best day of my life? Will you marry me?”

“Honey,…I’m pregnant.”

“Ser…ser…seri-ous? I’m going to be a dad?… YES! I’m going to be a dad! Wait…so this means we have to postpone the wedding until the baby is born?”

“Close your eyes, don’t try to peek either!…Now open it! Ta da! This is our new house! When we saw it online the other day, I knew you loved it, you just didn’t say it because you was afraid we don’t have enough money. Don’t try to object either! What’s done is done, besides you’re pregnant now, we need a house.

“WHAT? YOUR WATER BROKE?!?! OH GOD! Maria is getting you to the hospital now? Don’t worry honey I’m be there for the birth of our child, I’ll drive there as fast as I can.”

“Sorry miss. I don’t know when your boyfriend will wake up. When the car crash, his head hit the steering wheel hard, causing a severe head injury. It can take weeks, months, years, it’s really hard to tell.”

The young women picked up her head and sniffled her tears as all the memories of them once again ran through her head. It been almost seven years now, and in the seven years he has still yet to wake. So much things changed since then, and everyday she wonders how would she explain it to him if he wakes.

She leaned over and gave him a kiss on his cheek before getting up to leave. Her back was now faced him, she wiped away her tears. Just as she was about to walk out the door, she heard a low voice…the voice she wanted to hear for so long, she couldn’t believe it. Was it him? Was it just one of her hallucinations? She quickly turned back and ran to him.

“Leila, Leila” He still muttered.

lol. winglin didnt use to be like that...long ago everything worked really good... like when someone complains about a story they would check it right away...and now... no ones there. =\ still gratful that they left the site open though. =D

well long ago, the board was probably really pysched about it, now it's probably getting boring...i guess it's good that its still open, but there isn't anything new
