By reading the description (sort of. I have trouble reading simplified), it looks like Bosco is the main lead in this series, despite being the "smaller person" in the poster :P

Here’s a rough translation:

Divine Sword Sect, the No. 1 righteous sect in WuLin (or “Molam” in Cantonese) is recruiting disciples to practise the long-forgotten “Spinning Sky” formation. ChengFeng (Bosco’s character), a carefree lad, and JingLei, an aloof loner, are both recruited.

Meanwhile, the evil Blood Shadow Sect awakens. MoWen, daughter of its newly-elected sect leader, leads a group of disciples to attack Divine Sword Sect. ChengFeng is seriously injured in the attack, and survives only with the help of a good friend, ShuiLing.

Upon recovery, ChengFeng’s skills improve tremendously and he subsequently becomes the leader of Divine Sword Sect. BeiTang Ao, also known as God of Swords, bethroths his daughter BeiTang ZiLong to ChengFeng. However, before the wedding, it is revealed that ChengFeng is MoWen’s twin brother and son of the evil sect leader! ChengFeng, who has looked up to the Divine Sword Sect from young, now struggles between good and evil. JingLei, on the other hand, is caught in a love-hate relationship with MoWen...

Sure sounds like Bosco's the lead. Plot's a little tired tho... Still, can't wait to watch it! :P

It doesen't look tt great actually... the promo clip is overdosed with special effects. Hope the series doesen't dissapoint.

i saw the preview of it and it looks so cool. hope Devil's Disciple has lots more bosco scenes in it lol

Yea same. When I think of the words "TVB" and "special effects", I think of really cheesy, colourful, poorly cropped actors flying in weird backgrounds. TVB hasn't really had a production where I was actually impressed with the special effects.

I hope this series is better than it sounds. The plot seems a little overused and watching the promo really doesn't lift my spirits. If they dropped the special effects and filmed the old way, I would have more faith in the series. Though one thing sounds good to me, Bosco is the lead, am I right? :P Let's hope so.

Yea, the special effects stuff doesn't really appeal to me that much either. Just stick with good ol' normal ancient fighting.

actually i was expecting for this more than dicey...well at least bosco is the man char in here...but i doubt tvb will show it..since now Kevin took away the best actor...do you think tvb will show this series?

think TVB will release his series too..but just dunno when!! hopefully soon..so Bosco will get more compliments..hahaha!! second part of the year is ok for me as well..since this will again increase the opportunity for Bosco to get nominated...

btw, me, lily & kelly was having a gathering yesterday and realise some cutie thingy in DD...just chk if you all realise that there are some english wordings in DD.

1. Epi1: when Bosco looking for his "sifu" - wayne at the treehouse, wayne said something like "round" in between his lines
2. Epi6: when Bosco bro 李思捷, asking Kevin to eat red dates so he won't look so "cool"

im currently up to EP 10 and the series is very great so far. There are many humorous parts as well as dark secrets. I really love this series so far and give it 4 stars (****) since im not done with the series yet. In this series, they really speak in a modern cantonese language instead of even the littlest bits of ancient talking they'd usually speak. Examples of using words like "cool" in the series. This adds to the funny parts in the series. So far this is recommended!!! =)

PS: Bosco was awesome in here! You can also see Bernice's hard effort in correcting her cantonese here. Sharon's acting improved a bit since the role she has is a bit different than any she has ever done just like Bernice. Kevin on the other hand is just... simply Kevin. lol <333

lol this serie is really starting to get interesting. He finally sees that crappy old man for what he really is woot!! (I think). I don't care who Bosco ends up with as long as he does with someone (I'm still currently overshadowed by what happened in UTCOL)

im currently watching this series... it's kinda addictive... i love this type of role bosco plays because it really fits him and he's so good at playing it... he's so cute... i think he's even better than kevin...

i really enjoy the scenes with him and wayne... and him and bernice (they are so funny and cute when they are together... i dont want him to be with shirley, although i did like their chemistry in TPOG...)

cant wait to see him excel even more in kung fu...

bosco is soo cute in the series, i luv it when his character is more of the funny, shy..person (eg. his charcter in canopy of love, dicey buisness...well, at one part he was) i luv the cutee bosco...soo soo much! ^^

I think everybody has made such a huge improvement in this series, except Kevin. :sweat2: Thankfully his storyline is not huge, or else I'll cry. T_T. Sharon chan for once is not annoying me, which is a huge improvement from her usual performance. Bosco as usual is awesome in this type of character...but I wish he'd do something like a super villan. It would suck if he got typecast though :(.

erm... a dumb question... what is a typecast? -.-

that's when you get stuck playing hte same roles over and over and over again, TVB is famous for oding things like that. You know how when you watch shows and you know who's the villain just by look at the person who's playing them? Ya..that..
