Raymond Lam: Love Searching for you in Memory.


What did everyone think of Raymond's new album? I personally have been waiting for ageeees for Ray to released an album. I've always loooved his singing, (he does well live too, even better than some hk professional singers) since way back in Survivors Law.
So really excited to get his new album! He's pretty fast, sign up with EEG then album out already, compared to Ron, etc...
But his singing is :love: ~~~ I asked my fd in hk to get it... wonder which cover she got me :P

Leila Tong: Singing with the Moon


I'm listening to Leila Tong's new album right now... some of the songs are not bad. I nearly couldn't recognise her in the first song.. she sounded, different.
It's a full mando album, so I was a bit " :hmm: " since her mando was a bit strange in glass heart. But all in all, some nice songs in "Singing with the moon" and I absolutely loooove the album cover! :)

Soooo.. What songs are your favourites from both albums??

i'm listening to Ray's album right now as im typing! lol!

it's not bad. i think he has a great great voice, no question about that. but in terms of singing techniques, i think he's just average. after all, he's more of an actor than a singer. hmmm.. i think i like track 1, 3, and 9 best?!

as for album covers, there's been a great discussion on that! i really dont know which one i like best. hmmmm... maybe the middle one!? not sure.. a lot of people like the first one though.

haven't listened to leila's album! maybe i'll give it a try! :P

me also only like 2 or 3 songs from Raymonds album.
I expected it to be better than that. Coz I almost like every song he sang for TVB series and stuff. Those songs are MUCH better than songs from his debut album. I think a lot of songs from the album are boring. :collapse:
I do think Raymond is a good singer though, but Im a bit dissapointed in his debut album.

as for raymond!!..I LOVEE ALLL THE SONGSS!!..i keep listenning to it..i used to love his songs back than too..

well, i do like most of the songs if not all. i just don't LOVE them, lol.

in comparison, i find singers like justin and hins have much better songs. :P

loll...welll..i dun LOVEEEE..but yaa..i love the songs..i mean..i like the whole album..cuz sometimes..there's usually few songs dat u dont like..but i like the whole album..hahaahahaha~~

Maybe I have to listen to the album a few more times. I only listened to all the songs twice I guess.

haha ya, sometimes you have to listen to it more. i found that i liked it more after listening to it over and over again. :P

Hmm have to put it on my mp3 player...
bcuz don't listen to music much on the pc...
and when I put some music on...

hahaha.. I like the same songs as u Rainii~ 赤地轉機.. and 反話and 愛在記憶中找你 are my favs too, but then I can't really be fair because I haven't actually listened to the whole album properly. Got to listen more :P

And I agree, I looooved all his past themesongs. That's why I was soo looking forward to this album. Ah well, hope they give him better songs to sing next time!

hmmmmmmm after I listened to Raymond's album a couple of times by now, Im starting to like the whole album :shy:

Everytime when I hear a new song for the first time. It doesn't really impress me much. But after listening to it a few times, I can start to like a song. How weird is that.
